    Hey ZapBolt8,

Firstly, you uninstall the same way you uninstall any program. Right-click and choose uninstall.

For future reference, since some users still can't figure out how to uninstall - here is a link to an article that will remove every trace of Medal manually. - (be sure to scroll down to PURGE)

Also, if you right-click and your only option is to 'delete', then you are removing the shortcut. If you type the application name under your start menu, then right-click, you should have an option to uninstall.

Additionally, you can just type uninstall in your window search, and you can find Medal from there.

Secondly, I'd love to help you out and figure out what the problem is. If you add me on Discord at Brandersnatcher#6697 we can figure out what's going on.

Thanks for using Medal. Sorry for the inconvenience,

Are you serious? What computer are you using that lets you right click and use uninstall? Are you talking about right click and delete? Because that doesn't uninstall. But yeah i need to uninstall too because this program is toxic to my computer. It takes up more than 50% of my memory when it is running in the background and i drop to less than 10 fps and i'm not on a bad commputer or anything and i maintain it regularly. There is however no uninstall option under any of the folders of information that came with the program which is really interesting since your program is as lethal as malware at messing up my gaming and computer operations.

    Hey James,

I'm going to create a ticket for us to communicate. Hopefully I can help you identify the issue of why Medal is using so many resources

My computer (knocks it down but) not killing fps but I can't even get it (Medal) working more than a day. VinGrimm was referring to your program list, you get it it from your dashboard on WIN10.

    Hey Aries,

What about Medal isn't working more than a day? What game are you playing?

  • Aries1aa

I play ROE and Fallout 76, it wont record ROE at all and Fallout 76 rarely. Doesn't see that I am playing them, one time the screen greyed out twice now  while trying to look at the clips I did have. I have installed and uninstalled 3 times now. VonGrimm has opened up a ticket fro me.
