In order for our team to further investigate technical issues, we'll need to see the log files that your Medal app creates. Here are the instructions on how to do that:
Head to Documents/Medal or paste this into your file path search bar: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Medal
Inside, you should see text files. A text file is generated every time Medal starts up.
At the end of each MedalLog is a date attached in this format: year|month|day
- MedalLog20181206.txt was created on 06/12/2018. This will help you to identify which logs to send.
Send us your log file(s) as an attachment from the day you encountered the incident and explain your situation to email@example.com
