If you're noticing all of your clips are green it's likely a driver issue, but I'll list a bunch of steps that should fix this for you.
Potential Quick Fix:
Delete cache data
- Open 'Developer Tools'
- Press
CTRL ALT i
- Or right-click Medal in the system tray and choose
Developer Tools
- It should look something like this.
- Press
- Clear Site Data
- Click the little arrow next to
Network
- Choose
Application
- Select
Clear Storage
- Click
Clear Site Data
- Click the little arrow next to
- Restart Medal
- Right-click on Medal in your 'System Tray' and click 'Quit'.
- Reopen Medal
- Right-click on Medal in your 'System Tray' and click 'Quit'.
- Try to play your video again
Update Your Graphics Drivers:
Updating your drivers
- Type
Device Manager
into your Windows search box- If that's not working go to
My Computer
and right-click on it - Select
Manage
- Select
Device Manager
- If that's not working go to
- Double-click on
Display Adapters
- Right-click on your graphics driver and click
Update Driver
- Select
Search automatically for updated driver software
.- Windows should detect your Graphics Card and find its latest driver
- Restart your PC. Windows will reinstall the driver.
- Try to play your video again.
Disable Hardware Acceleration:

- Go to

- Select
General
- Click the toggle on
Hardware Acceleration
to disable it - Restart Medal
- Right-click on Medal in your 'System Tray' and click 'Quit'.
- Reopen Medal
- Right-click on Medal in your 'System Tray' and click 'Quit'.
- Try to play your video again
